Mix Veg Pakoda Kadhi

  • How to make mix veg pakoda kadhi:

  • Ingredients:

    1. Besan/Chana Dal flour
    2. Cabbage (1 small bowl chopped)
    3. Carrot/Gajar (half small bowl chopped)
    4. Green chillies (2-4 no chopped)
    5. Onion (1 no small chopped)
    6. Oil for frying
    7. Cumin seeds (1 tspn)
    8. Sesame seeds (1 tspn)
    9. Salt to taste
    10. Coriander leaves to garnish
    11. Water

  •  Preparation & Cooking:
           1. Take all the chopped vegetables in a steel container/bowl.
           2. Add salt but slightly less as the kadhi will also have salt. So 
               avoiding too salty preparation.
           3. Add the cumin & sesame seeds. Mix well.
           4. Add 3-4 spoon of besan,add water slightly & mix well to make a mixture.
           5. The mixture/batter should be of bhajji/bhajiya batter consistency.
                The batter should not be watery.
           6. Heat oil in a kadhai. Take a small spoon & add from the batter or you can
               do by hands/fingers.
           7. Fry & cook well from all the sides on medium to high flame till it brownish
               to slight dark.
           8. Take out on a tissue paper & make more mix veg pakoras/bhajji.

          10. Once the kadhi & pakoras are ready. Add the pakoras to kadhi while serving
                & garnish with coriander leaves.
          11. The mix veg pakora kadhi is ready. Enjoy with roti & steamed rice.

  • Serves: Two-Three.
