Til Gul Ladoo/ Sesame Jaggery Ladu

  • How to make Til Gul Ladoo:

        Wishing you a very prosperous & happy new year. Happy Makar Sankranti.
          
         
                                         On this sankrant til gul ghya ani goodd goodd bola.



  • Ingredients:
          1. White Sesame seeds/Til (2 small bowl)
          2. Groundnut powder (grated 1 small bowl)
          3. Jaggery (2 small bowl)
          4. Dry coconut grated (half a bowl-optional)
          5. Water



  • Preparation & Cooking:
          1. Take the sesame seeds,wash them & dry on a towel in the sun.
          2. Roast the sesame seeds on low flame till slight brown in color.
          3. After the sesame seeds cool down,grind them slightly in the mixer.
          4. Mix the grated jaggery & coconut,groundnut powder,grounded sesame 
              seeds together.
          5. Take some water in a bowl.
          6. Wet your palms with water  make round shape ladoos.
          7. The til gul ladoos are ready.



  • Makes: Twelve.



        

          


  • Notes:
        1. In place of jaggery you can use powdered sugar.
