Cold Coffee with Ice Cream


  • Cold Coffee with Ice Cream:

 




  • Ingredients:
          1. Coffee powder 
          2. Sugar
          3. Milk
          4. Ice cream (vanilla flavour)
          5. Chocolate Syrup (optional)
          6. Water



  • Preparation & Cooking:
          1. Boil about 1 cup of water and add 1 tspn of coffee powder & 
              add about 2-3 tspn of sugar.
          2. Boil the mixture and let the sugar dissolve.
          3. Let the coffee cool at room temperature.
          4. Take about a glass of cold milk, fill it in a bottle, close it & shake to form 
               froth.
          5. In a glass add the coffee and add the cold milk, do not fill the glass completely
              with milk.
          6. For making vanilla ice cream at home see link  Vanilla ice-cream with almond cashewnut
             don't add the dry fruits as plain vanilla ice cream is required.
          7. Place the ice cream in the glass slowly as the coffee might spill.
          8. Add the chocolate syrup over the ice cream and enjoy!!!!
