  • Notes:
         1. Usually palak paneer is made, wherein the cooked palak is blended to paste and
              cooked with paneer.
         2. Here I have not blended the palak to paste, to try something different. Also I had
guest coming and I was not having much time so I decided to serve the dish
             like this.
         3. The dish turned out to be good so I decided to share it on our blog. If you want
to blend the cooked palak to paste, surely you can and enjoy it that way.
         4. So try this recipe and let us know how you liked it.
