  • Mix Sprout Sabji:







  • Ingredients:
          1. Matki/Moath beans (1/4 small bowl)
          2. Hara Moong/Whole green gram (1/4  small bowl)
          3. Green Vatana/Peas (1/4 small bowl)
          4. Kala Chana/Black gram (1/4 small bowl)
          5. Onion (1 no chopped)
          6. Tomato (1 no chopped)
          7. Garlic-Ginger paste/Wet masala
          8. Red chilli powder (2-3 tspn)
          9. Salt to taste
         10. Garam masala (1 tspn)
         11. Curry leaves/Kadipatta
         12. Oil (1 tblspn)
         13. Mustard seeds (rai)
         14. Cumin seeds (jeera)
         15. Turmeric powder (haldi)
         16. Coriander leaves
         17. Water (1 cup )




  • Preparation & Cooking: 
         1. Soak all the legumes or pulses for 5-6 hrs,drain & keep it overnight to sprout.
         2. Heat oil in a broad wok/kadhai, add mustard & cumin seeds, add the 
             wash clean curry leaves/kadipatta.
         3. Add the chopped onion,saute for 1 min. Add the garlic-ginger paste/wet 
             masala,saute for 1 min.
        4. Wash clean the mix sprouts & add, saute for 3-4 mins. Cover the lid and cook 
            for 3-4 mins.
        5. Add the chopped tomato, red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala &
            salt to taste.
        6. Mix all the ingredients together, cover the lid and cook for 2-3 mins.
        7. Add water,cover the lid and cook on low-medium flame for 15-20mins.
        8. The mix sprout sabji is ready to eat, garnish with coriander leaves & serve.
