Mango Smoothie with Papaya

  • Mango Smoothie with Papaya:






  • Ingredients:
         1. Papaya (half pulp)
         2. Mango (1 no pulp)
         3. Lemon juice
         4. Sugar (optional)
         5. Pepper with salt (optional)
         6. Water


  • Preparation:
          1. Take the mango and papaya pulp add lemon juice and blend in the blender/juicer.
          2. While blending add water if required,also add sugar if required.
          3. Serve the smoothie with crushed ice and topping with little pepper & salt mix.


  • Servings: Two-Three

         3. Fat - 0.7 gm
         4. Protein - 1.6 gm
