Instant oats rawa dosa

  • How to make instant oats rawa dosa:

  • Ingredients:
          1. Oats flour (of oats1 small bowl)
          2. Rawa/Semolina (1 small bowl)
          3. Curd/Dahi
          4. Green chillies (2 no chopped)
          5. Oil
          6. Salt to taste
          7. Water

  • Preparation & Cooking:
          1.Take 1 bowl full of oats and grind it to flour like.
          2. Roast rawa/semolina till it is light brown on low flame.
          3. After roasting the rawa let it cool and mix with the oats flour.
          4. Add about 2-3 tspn of curd,chopped green chillies and salt to the rawa-oats mix.
         5. Add water and mix all the ingredients till the batter is of dosa consistency.
         6. Keep the mixture for 15-20 mins.
         7. Place your non-stick pan on the heat stove, spread some oil initially.
         8. Pour a ladelful of the batter and spread using circular motion to make a
             thin dosa.
         9. After spreading increase the flame to high for 1 min.
        10. Add some oil using  a small spoon on the sides, decrease the flame to low
             and cover the dosa with a plate, cook for 2-3 mins on one side.
        11. Check the side till it is brownish color & remove from heat.
        12. Serve the crispy tasty dosa with chutney.
        13. Repeat with remaining batter to make more dosas.
