Tomato Puree

  • How to make tomato puree:
 

    •   Ingredients:       
                1. Tomatoes (2 no)
                2. Water

    • Preparation & Cooking:
              1. Clean two tomatoes and slit them with a knife from the top or make a small cut
                  using knife on the top of the tomatoes.
              2. Heat about two cups of water in a small vessel and add the tomatoes.
              3. Give it a boil the tomatoes will be cooked in about 5-7 mins.
              4. After cooling the tomatoes, put them in a mixer pot  and grind to a fine puree.
              5. While grinding the tomatoes do not add water.
              6. The tomato puree is ready for making different curries. 


    • Notes:
              1. You can use this tomato puree for making paneer mutter, chole and many more
                  other preparations.
