Sprouty Matki Snack

  • Sprouty Matki Snack
  • Ingredients:
          1. Sprouted matki/moath beans (2 small bowl)
          2. Oil (half tblspn)
          3. Turmeric powder (haldi)
          4. Chilli powder (1 small teaspn)
          5. Cumin seeds (jeera)
          6. Salt to taste
          7. Onion (1 no chopped)
          8. Tomato (1 no chopped)
          9. Lemon juice (1 no)

  • Preparation & Cooking:
          1. Take a non-stick pan and heat half tblspn oil.
          2. Add cumin seeds, after it crackles add the sprouted matki and saute.
          3. Add turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt.Mix well.
          4. Cover with the lid and cook for 10-15 mins.
          5. Remove from the heat, take out in a bowl and add the chopped
              onion and tomatoes.
         6. Add the lemon juice and enjoy this snack.
  • Servings: Two
