Home made dahi

  • How to make dahi/curd at home:

  •  Ingredients:
           1. Milk
           2. Curd (1 spoonful)

  • Preparation:
         1. Take hot milk in a small bowl.
         2. Add one spoonful of curd to it and mix well.
         3. Keep it over night for fermenting and setting. Keep it in a place where it
             won't be spilled or shaken.
        4. If you want the curd to be sour it can be kept to ferment for 2-3 hrs.
        5. In winters take hot milk to curdle and in summers take less hot milk
            to curdle and form curd.
