Aam/Kacha Aam

  • Raw Mango/Kacha Aam Panna                                                          
          Ingredients:
           1. Raw mangoes (2 no)
           2. Sugar ( 5 - 6 tablespoons)
           3. Salt
           4. Water

          Preparation & Cooking:
           1. Place the cooking container and add about 2 cups of water.
           2. Also place the two mangoes and let it boil and cook.
           3. As the raw mangoes cook you can see the color change and notice
               a specific aroma.
           4. Once the mangoes are cooked, let it cool down.
           5. After it is cooled squeeze out the pulp and add two glass of water .
           6. While adding water try not to make it too dilute or thin consistency.
           7. Add about 5 to 6 tablespoon of sugar and half  to one tblspn of salt .
           8. Mix it well, add some elaichi (green cardamom seeds).
           9. Enjoy the aam panna in this summer season.
